The Canon Service Support Tool (SST) v4.11 is a diagnostic and firmware update utility designed exclusively for and trained technicians. It is not intended for general end‑users. SST allows low‑level access to Canon printers, copiers, and multifunction devices — including flashing firmware, resetting counters, adjusting parameters, and recovering devices that are bricked or in error states.
