The ML-1670 is surprisingly quick for its class. With a print speed of 16 ppm, it can handle multi-page documents faster than many inkjet printers. The first page emerges in under 9 seconds, minimizing wait times for single-page jobs. Print quality is a strong point: text is sharp, dark, and well-defined even at small font sizes—ideal for reports, invoices, and academic papers. Graphics and grayscale images are acceptable for business documents but lack the subtle gradients needed for photo-quality output (as expected from a monochrome laser).
