How It Works in Shantae 64 : Hold Right Bumper (or Z on N64) to bring up a slow-motion transformation wheel overlay — a ring of 8 icons around Shantae. While time is slowed (but not frozen), flick the right analog stick (or C-Buttons) toward the desired transformation, then release the bumper.
