SSE version 1.6.1170 (Anniversary Edition) is far more stable, supports 4K textures, and has access to thousands of modern mods that no longer support Oldrim. Modding Skyrim 1.9.32 is possible and can be a rewarding retro modding experience, but it requires patience, careful reading, and strict memory management. Follow the STEP Guide (Skyrim Total Enhancement Project) or S.T.E.P. for Oldrim if you want a full, stable setup.
